4Deposits

xgbet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your xgbet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though xgbet may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• xgbet does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your xgbet wallet within 10 minutes, contact xgbet support with your transaction reference number.
• xgbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Deposited funds are held in your xgbet wallet and can be used to place bets or play games on the platform. Funds in your xgbet wallet do not earn interest.

5Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your xgbet wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. xgbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• xgbet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• xgbet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours of submission, contact xgbet support with your withdrawal reference number.

xgbet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside xgbet's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

6Bonuses and Promotions

xgbet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover amount is stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless xgbet explicitly states that they can be used together.
• xgbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired free bets cannot be reinstated.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on xgbet, including sports betting, cricket betting, and any other wagering markets available on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the xgbet system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted.
• xgbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error. In the event of a void, your stake is returned to your xgbet wallet.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless xgbet's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• xgbet sets its own odds and is not obligated to match odds offered by any other platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and may vary by sport and market. The applicable limit is displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your bet.
• xgbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including for individual accounts that xgbet identifies as professional or high-volume bettors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. xgbet is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play betting markets.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your xgbet wallet automatically. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact xgbet support within 48 hours of settlement with your bet reference number.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xgbet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the xgbet platform in a way that is not through normal manual use.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, teams, or officials to influence the outcome of an event.
• Using xgbet to launder money or to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing account access with other people, including family members.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the xgbet platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access another member's xgbet account without their permission.

xgbet monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. If an investigation is opened on your account, xgbet may freeze your balance pending the outcome. xgbet's decision on all prohibited activity matters is final.

9Account Suspension and Closure

xgbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detected.
• Account holder requests self-exclusion under xgbet's responsible gaming policy.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or via the xgbet support team. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting xgbet support at [email protected]. xgbet will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days.

You may also close your xgbet account voluntarily at any time by contacting xgbet support. Any remaining balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
